Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation

To secure your spot on one of our retreats, please complete the registration form and submit it along with the non-refundable deposit specific to your chosen retreat.

2. Payment

Final balances are due by the final payment deadline specified on our website and the specific trip page. Failure to submit the balance by the due date may result in the assumption that you will not be participating in the trip, and we may re-sell your room.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your retreat, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations made 30 days before the final balance due date will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the deposit. Cancellations made after the final balance due date will result in forfeiture of 100% of the retreat price.

4. Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants must be in good physical and mental health to join our retreats, as they often take place in remote areas with limited access to medical services. It is your responsibility to ensure you are adequately insured for medical and evacuation expenses.

5. Changes, Postponement, Cancellation, or Delay

Teo Yoga may make changes to the retreat itinerary if necessary due to hazardous conditions or other adverse circumstances. In the event of changes, participants are not entitled to refunds or compensation.

6. Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover illness, injury, loss of baggage, and trip cancellation. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate insurance coverage for the duration of the retreat.

7. Force Majeure

Teo Yoga is not liable for failure to perform obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, strikes, or political unrest.

8. Assumption of Risk

By participating in our retreats, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with adventure travel. You release Teo Yoga from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat.

9. Permission to use Photo & Video

By participating in our retreats, you grant Teo Yoga permission to use your image and likeness in promotional materials without compensation.

10. Shared Rooming & Roommate Assignments

If you choose shared rooming, we will match you with a roommate of the same gender unless you specify otherwise. Requests for specific roommates will be accommodated subject to availability.

11. Email Communication

All trip-related materials and correspondence will be delivered via email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure receipt of our communications.

12. Teo Yoga Release and Hold Harmless

By participating in our retreats, you release Teo Yoga and its representatives from any claims or losses arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You will receive a formal copy of these Terms and Conditions to print, sign, and return to Teo Yoga with your final payment invoice.
